Ingredients:

1 / 3 cup plain yogurt
1 / 4 cup crushed ice
1 / 4 cup skim milk 6 large strawberries

halved 1 / 4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:

In a blender mix the yogurt, ice and milk, turning on and off the blender continuamete for about a minute. Add strawberries and vanilla, beat for another 30 seconds until the strawberries are finely chopped ... serve and decorate as you like
