Hives Swollen Feet And Ankles Sore Joints

APPLE AND PEAR PIE


Who said you can not enjoy a delicious dessert without remorse? it is wrong, here have a rich pie with only 152 kilocalories per serving.


Ingredients:



3 large apples 3 large pears
2 1 / 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 / 4 cup sugar
1 / 2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar free peach jam
1 frozen pie base 25 cm

Preparation:


Preheat oven to 220 degrees C
