Ingredients:

120 g of ground beef, fat whites
2
egg 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon
oil or oil spray 2 tablespoons
diet bread or pita bread, toasted and
grated ginger, to taste Salt



pepper Preparation: Mix

ground beef and onion. Add the grated ginger to taste, salt and pepper. Incorporate the egg whites and mix. Form meatballs by hand and roll in breadcrumbs. Browning in a pan with Teflon or with very little oil, stirring so that the gold is equal.
Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.
