SHRIMP PASTA CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE KABOBS


To share a Sunday afternoon with your friends in the pool or even at home preparing these delicious skewers are delicious and healthy


Ingredients:

150 g chicken breast fillet, cut into small pieces
½ onion, peeled, separated the layers and
chopped 120 g cooked chopped broccoli in small classes
½ red pepper, seeded and deveined, cut into
½ chopped green bell pepper, seeded and deveined, finely chopped thyme


vinegar crushed garlic, salt

Preparation:

Place chicken and vegetables in a bowl . Mix together vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme and herbs. Pour over chicken and vegetables, mix and marinate 30 minutes. Stringing
alternating chicken with vegetables on the skewers (previously soaked) and then put them to fry on the griddle or grill.
Serve with mayonnaise and served with green salad.
